These Terms of Service govern your use of the Euro Seasons Vintage store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All items are pre-owned vintage or second-hand pieces unless explicitly stated as new with tags (BNWT). Each item is one of a kind and sold as pictured. We describe condition, material and measurements as accurately as possible; minor signs of wear consistent with age are part of an item's character and are not defects.
3. Pricing & availability
Prices are shown in the store's default currency and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Because every piece is unique, an item is sold to whoever completes checkout first — adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
4. Orders & payment
Payment is captured at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order, for example if an item is found to be mislisted or unavailable.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from Ukraine with tracked delivery. Delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page; customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
6. Returns
Our return process and conditions are described on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this store — photographs, text and design — belongs to Euro Seasons Vintage and may not be reused without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
